Jubilee MP Sabina Chege Loses Mother in Grisly Road Accident...RIP. (PHOTO)

Murang'a County Woman Representative Sabina Chege's mother on Thursday night died after being involved in a tragic road accident. Susan Wairimu, 68, died following a head-on collision between two private cars on KangariKandara road.

She succumbed to her injuries shortly after being rushed to Githumu Mission Hospital. The Legislator's father Chege Mutema who was also involved in the accident suffered serious injuries and was admitted at the Aga Khan hospital. 

The driver of the second vehicle and three passengers sustained serious injuries and are in stable condition at Githumu hospital.

 According to Murang'a County Commander Naomi Ichami, Ms Wairimu was with her husband Chege Mutema 75, in a Nissan Station wagon that collided head-on with a Toyota Noah that was carrying Unaitus Sacco staff.
